If the weight data is incorrect, please check whether the cat enters the machine with only two feet inside due to curiosity, or if the machine is placed on a flat ground with four feet connecting to the ground.

When using the litter box for the first time, if the machine is not available after power on, there will be a 1 to 3 minute self-test process after the device is powered on, during which all buttons are not operable. This is not a fault, and the device can be used after the self-test is completed.
